We loved the central location close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast was huge and kept us full until dinner. The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, public transportation, and essential amenities such as a hospital and post office. the rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped, offering guests a comfortable experience. the complimentary breakfast offers a variety of food options to suit your appetite, such as cooked breakfast and bread with jams. the staff is very friendly, helpful and fluent in English.
The beds were a little low, but once you got in them, they provided a comfortable night's sleep.

Firstly, the central location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. Additionally, the hotel provided a card for free parking which was a great perk. Secondly, the breakfast included both continental and cooked options and was of a good standard; it set us up for the day ahead. Lastly, the staff was very attentive and spoke excellent English, making us feel welcome and valued.
The beds were quite low, making it a challenge to get in and out of bed, although they were comfortable once we were in them. Additionally, there were a few issues with noise from nearby guests, making it difficult to sleep at times. our Christmas stay was enjoyable, and the hotel offered good value for money.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! They offered a wide range of options and it was so filling that we only needed a light snack for lunch. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing the same high standard of service as 5-star hotels in the UK. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, near all the key amenities and transport hubs.
The only downside we experienced was the low beds, but once we got in them, they were actually quite comfortable. we had a wonderful city break, with a central location that made getting around a breeze.
